Order Cancellation Requests

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team.

Because many furniture orders are prepared for processing shortly after purchase, cancellation requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be approved.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order has been processed or shipped, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, although your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Can I Cancel an Order That Has Not Yet Arrived?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

However, once an order has been shipped or prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, eligible items may still qualify for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

For the best chance of cancellation approval, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Special Orders

Certain furniture items may be ordered specifically for customers or require special sourcing.

If an item has already been specially ordered, reserved, customized, or prepared for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Any item-specific cancellation restrictions will be communicated when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Address correction requests are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address.
  • If the order has already shipped, address changes may no longer be possible depending on the carrier and shipment status.

We recommend contacting us as quickly as possible to avoid delivery issues or additional shipping charges.
